Free Shipping


Simply look for the (This item qualifies for FREE SHIPPING!) logo to enjoy free shipping on most items throughout the store. If the item(s) in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE! Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 States and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US Territories outside the continental United States.

*Truck freight items do not qualify

Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1-2 days from the date that the order was placed, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground, USPS or FedEx Ground. If for any reason we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backordered products will not be charged to your credit card until said products are ready for shipment. However, payments made through PayPal will be charged upon purchase. Custom products or non-returnable products may also be charged prior to shipment.


Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box.  In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will be charged accordingly with a shipping rate. Other items that are restricted by weight or other circumstances may also be shipped in different packages or with different carriers.


Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. FUELED 4WD does not have any control over this matter, we will do our best to notify you of any delays. 


Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in additional shipping and handling costs.


Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses. This is because FUELED 4WD uses a live rate system to offer the most competitive shipping options. In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes. Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic and international shipments which are oversized, overweight, or require special handling. In these instances our customer service representative will contact you to schedule a delivery.


IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home or place of business at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.


*INTERNATIONAL NOTE* Please be advised that FUELED 4WD is NOT responsible for additional duties and taxes imposed by importing Country. Customers are responsible for ALL applicable Duties and Taxes upon receiving shipment if they apply. It is the Customers (Receivers) responsibility to be aware of additional fees in addition to shipping and handling costs and fees processed through FUELED 4WD



Return Policy


All returns must have an RMA # and the original sales receipt must accompany returns.


We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "New and Unused Condition". Definition of "New and Unused Condition" is as follows:


* Without showing signs of wear and or damage in any way or manner.


* Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (After 30 days NO returns are allowed).


* Must not be a special order or a custom, modified, or otherwise altered part.


Unless otherwise noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period         than that of the 30 days noted in that particular item's description.


If an item is received damaged or broken, please contact Customer Service immediately.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received back at our Warehouse.


Refunds will be given on parts ONLY and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in original packaging, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.


Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, special orders and closeouts.


Customer returns for parts received as part of a "FREE SHIPPING" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned part(s) less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any applicable restocking fee that may apply.


Refunds are subject to a 20% minimum Restocking Fee. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 Days and/or WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Items returned WITHOUT RMA will not be refunded. No Exceptions


*Shipping costs are non-refundable.


*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


How To Return


Request an RMA # by contacting FUELED 4WD at INFO@FUELED4WD.COM with your invoice number and reason for return.


After you have sent an RMA request, a customer service representative will be in contact with you with the corresponding RMA # if your return has been approved.


When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RMA # on the outside of the packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice inside the package. 


We STRONGLY recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. We are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.


Warranty


Should your product fail after purchase and said products are still under warranty from manufacturer, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer. Should your product fail after warranty expiration, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the necessary parts for repair from manufacturer. Please note that ALL Warranties are provided by Manufacturer of said items. 


Product Pricing Policy 


While FUELED 4WD and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes can occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. With respect to the items sold by FUELED 4WD, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, pricing inaccuracies can exist. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:


If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship your item.


If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of these actions:     


*Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instructions.


*Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately.
